1. Status of Terms

These terms constitute a legal document ("the Agreement"), which sets out the rights and obligations of you as a purchaser ("you"), and those of GMAC Custom Parts Ltd - Company No. 7351873 ("GMAC Custom Parts Ltd", "we" or "us"), in relation to the services and products offered by us through this site. By using this site to purchase goods, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by the purchasing process on this site. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or GMAC Custom Parts Ltd has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, GMAC Custom Parts Ltd has the right to refuse supply.

2. Place of performance and applicable law.

English law shall govern this Agreement. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.  Customer outside of the UK are responsible for any taxes of duties levied locally for imports and legality if their imports any goods returned by Customs and Excise will result in all shipping cost incurred by GMAC Custom Parts Ltd to be deducted from refunds.

3. Ordering.

To place an order via this site, simply proceed with purchase by adding to your shopping cart until you are finished. Then go to checkout to pay via PAY PAL. We also accept postal orders cheques and cash. We recommend sending cash special delivery. For cheques you should note they will be fully cleared to our satisfaction before goods are dispatched. Goods supplied to you by GMAC Custom Parts Ltd will correspond with their prices and description (subject to E & OE). If at any time this is not the case we will give you the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period for a full refund. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website we reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.

4. Dispatch and Delivery.

Orders received for stock parts will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. 

UK Delivery will be by either Royal Mail Recorded or Parcel Force Whilst we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, first class recorded post and Standard Parcel Force service will be used as the package can be tracked If you are not in receipt of your goods within ten working days from order please notify us and we will investigate immediately on your behalf. 

If however you choose a lower cost post option we cannot be held responsible for lost or damage to products purchased proof of postage will be provided

All oversea customers are recommended to use airsure which guarantees a prompt and insured delivery or recorded and signed for airmail if however you choose a lower cost post option standard airmail we cannot be held responsible for lost or damage to products purchased, we will provide proof of posting.  Please note AIRSURE can only be used to the following countries, Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Island, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Island, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, The Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergan, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Singapore, New Zealand.

All other countries please use recorded airmail

 If you require an insured service please select  Recorded Delivery (up to £30 in value) or if you require insurance to a higher value email for a quote,  Please examine all packages prior to receipt as signatures are taken as proof of receipt in good condition.  All damage packages MUST be either refused or signed RECEIVED DAMAGED and in either case Damage must be advised to ourselves within three days of delivery.

GMAC Custom Parts Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site. Certain links in this site will lead to sites, which GMAC Custom Parts Ltd are not in control of. When you activate any of these you will leave the gmaccustomparts and GMAC Custom Parts Ltd have no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site, which is not under the control of GMAC Custom Parts Ltd.

7. Matters beyond our Reasonable Control.

GMAC Custom Parts Ltd shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances out of its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightening, flood, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of Internet services providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.

8. Language.

In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the English language version of this Agreement and any translation provided by us, the English language version shall prevail.

9. Card Payment and Security.

Payment:  Our preferred method of payment is online through our secure website. Sagepay will handle most debit and credit cards Paypal is also available. Payment can be made over the phone with Sagepay. We will never ask you to enter card details directly on this site or by e-mail. 10. Statutory Rights.

These Terms/Agreement in no way affects you statutory rights.

We respect your privacy any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned.

Disclaimer

We manufacture these parts but have no control over the fitting of them. It is important to make sure all purchased parts have been fitted correctly and that the safe working of the equipment has not been compromised in any form. 

By accepting and using these custom parts, you and you alone accept any and all responsibility in the operation and safety of the gun or guns that these parts are being installed, and will hold no other person or persons responsible.

AGE LIMIT ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOTE THAT ALL AGE RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE APPLIED.  ALL CUSTOMER PURCHASING AIR GUN PELLETS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OVER.  BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU ARE DECLARING YOUR ELIGIBILITY.
